About Our Founder Nicole ZornitzerE-RTY 500, Yoga Therapist, Yoga Teacher Trainer, Reiki Energy Healer, Ayurvedic Counselor
Nicole Zornitzer founded Niyama Yoga Studio in 2007. Nicole is an Experienced Certified Integrative Yoga Therapist, ERYT 500 with 28 years of experience. Nicole’s background in modern dance lead her on her path to ultimately find yoga. In May of 2020, Nicole will be a graduate from the Maryland University of Integrative Health with a degree in Ayurvedic Medicine.
Nicole has certifications in Integrative Yoga Therapy, The Barkan Method, Children’s Yoga through the Radiant Child Program, Pre and Post Natal Yoga and Aerial Yoga through Fly and Release Aerial Yoga and Yoga Nidra. Nicole is also a certified Reiki Level 2 Energy Healer in accordance with the Usui System of Natural Healing, studying under Rosie Lazroe; lineage under Dr. Mikao Usui. She believes that the best teacher is also the student, self study is something Nicole feels very passionate about. Annually, Nicole studies with a variety of renowned yogi’s such as Janet Stone, Seane Corn, Johnny Kest, Shiva Rea, MC Yogi, Baron Baptiste, Karen Brody and Elena Brower. A place that Nicole holds dear to her heart is Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health, she takes mini sabbaticals there each year to continue her own spiritual practice and growth.
Nicole is the appointed yoga instructor for Livingston Public School System, bringing to the children of Livingston, NJ her passion for yoga and meditation. Nicole has specialized much of her career in teaching athletes, including the New York Jets Football League and the Trilogy Lacrosse 2020 Team.
After suffering from her own personal health crisis in 2015; Nicole turned to her background in yoga to save her own life. She will bring her experiences from her journey to wellness to the classroom in the most sincere and loving way.
Danielle Lesser LevineERYT 500, Teacher Trainer, Specialties Include Budokon, Yin Yoga, Yoga Nidra
Danielle has 25 years of experience in yoga, having followed in her father’s footsteps from when she was just a young girl. In 2009 Danielle studied under Nicole Zornitzer and Diane Finlayson under Yama Therapeutics, Integrative Yoga Therapy Program, receiving her RYT 200 certification. Danielle continued to evolve with Nicole and Niyama Yoga Studio and became one of Niyama’s Primary Teacher Trainers by 2010.
In 2011 Danielle continued her studies under Kelly Morris, which opened her to the idea of Tibetan Buddhism and the Divine Feminine. Danielle then studied with Cameron Shayne and developed her knowledge of Budokon; which is mind and movement arts and sciences. All of these teachings led to Danielle’s RYT 500 certification. Danielle loves to learn and develop through immersion courses, her fellow yoga teachers, mentors and especially her students. She specializes in Vinyasa Flow, Yoga Nidra, Yin Yoga and Meditation.
Danielle continues to offer workshops, Domestic and International retreats and seminars to enable her clients to evolve. Danielle is a key participant in Niyama Yoga & Wellness Studio and partners with Nicole Zornitzer on all teacher trainings, retreats and workshops. Nicole and Danielle consider themselves soul sisters, having been supporting one another for nearly 11 years and owe yoga to bringing them together.
Danielle is a native New Jersey resident and recently gave birth to her amazing son Reece. She loves spending time with her husband Dave and watching her family enjoy nature and all that life has to offer.
Marci JafferRYT 200, Advanced Buti Yoga Instructor
Marci discovered yoga in 2001 when she was searching for something restorative while training for marathons. Soon after she began taking Vinyasa Flow Classes; she not only felt her body restoring and healing itself, but, was also shocked to discover that yoga instilled in her an immense sense of focus that sparked her creativity and helped her to achieve the mind-body connection.
After years as a practicing student, Marci finally felt compelled to share in the practice that changed her life with others. She received her RYT 200 through and is a certified Advanced Buti Yoga Instructor. As a high school English teacher, Marci also has an MFA in Creative Writing and an MA in English Literature, and finds the combination of yoga and writing/journaling to be healing and life-changing. She teaches others to journal and combine this with yoga as a means to identify one’s true self in order to live the best life possible.
Tiffany CurrenRYT 200, Breathwork Facilitator & Healer, Reiki Energy Healer
Tiffany holds a safe space for people to dive deep and look within, to free up space and live with purpose. Her personal experience with Breathwork has shown her the power of this intense and beautiful practice. Her path began with an unlikely, divine moment at the young age of 5, at an ashram in Connecticut. She was quietly walking when she happened to be stoped by Swami Satchidananda, who lifted her up over his head, smiled, and gave her a new name; Shakti Prema.
She is hoping to teach people how to breathe and meditate, to help them get centered and find peace in their lives. She lives 30 minutes outside of NYC with her husband, kids and three rescue dogs.

Danina RinaldiRYT 200, Specializing in Power Yoga & Pilates Fusion
Danina has a degree in Biology and Chemistry and working as a Sales Manager in a Pharmaceutical Testing Laboratory in New Jersey. She has practiced yoga for 10 years and became so attached to this modality that she decided to become a certified Yoga Instructor. She received her RYT 200 from New Jersey Yoga Teacher Training in June of 2019. She is also has advanced training in Hot Yoga, Prenatal Yoga and Children’s Yoga.
Danina believes yoga is everyone, at any age and any level. When she is not practicing yoga, you can find her taking in the sun in the Summer, hiking in the Fall, and reading books on self improvement during the cold Winter months with a cup of green tea! She is dedicated to enjoying life, family and good food. In the words of Coco Chanel, “Beauty begins the moment you decide to be yourself”.
Cheryl WilsonRYT 200, Specializing in Therapeutic Yoga, Yin Yoga & Children's Yoga, Reiki Master Healer
Cheryl is an RYT 200+ yoga instructor with a passion for teaching mindful vinyasa, gentle yoga and yin yoga. Cheryl discovered yoga years ago and embraced it because of its ability to heal and facilitate growth in her. Yoga completely changed her life and how she showed up in it. The power of Cheryl’s own healing sparked her curiosity about the inner workings of yoga.
In 2017, Cheryl began coursework at Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy. The work is used during private and group sessions. It also addresses difficult life transitions and change. The therapeutic aspects of yoga resonates deeply with Cheryl and she is passionate about using this work as inspiration for her classes. Cheryl completed her RTY 200 program at Onyx Studio in June 2018. She also studies ancient yogic philosophies and vinyasa privately with her teacher. She creates dynamic and creative flows while weaving these philosophies into her classes. Her warmth and compassionate style supports students as she guides them safely using alignment principles. All of Cheryl’s classes incorporate centering, meditation, pranayama and asana. She also has trained with Bernie Clark and has a certification in Yin Yoga, having completed Level 1 Yin at Three Birds Yoga and Level 2 with Naomi Fox. In Yin Yoga, Cheryl holds space for her clients in a way that encourages transformation. Additionally, she is certified through Peace Play Children’s Yoga Program.
Cheryl is a mother of 2 children and resides in Northern New Jersey. She enjoys spending time with her family, traveling and singing. Her mantra is “Find You, Be You”.

In Lynn’s classes she focuses on alignment basics and emphasizes proper postures. She has used her own struggles to help others be the best version of themselves. Not only did yoga change her body, it changed her mind and the way she now views life. It is her mission to share this with all whom cross her path.
Barbara MaherRYT 500, Specializing in Anusara Yoga
Barbara is committed to helping her clients live a pain free live through yoga asana. She loves incorporating props into her classes to best assist all bodies to feel comfortable and relaxed during their time on the mat.
Christina DonofrioRYT 200, Specializing in Power Vinyasa
Christina has an extraordinary background in yoga, martial arts and physical fitness. She holds certifications in Power Vinyasa, Aerial Yoga, Yin Yoga, Paddle Board Yoga along with group fitness certifications in bootcamps, cardio/strength training and spin. Christina also holds two blackbelts in Brazilian Jui-Jitsu and Shito-Ryu Karate.
Christina began her yoga journey after suffering from a knee injury. This experience gave her the opportunity to recover physically, spiritually and emotionally. Christina’s passion is blending her knowledge of martial arts with a strong yoga practice. She loves to see the science of yoga help her clients. She hopes to shine a light in all whom practice with her and share her love of yoga, mindfulness, martial arts and fitness.
She has 2 rescue dogs named Luna and Leonardo; whom are the lights of her life!
Stacy RoseERYT 200, YACEP, CHHS, Reiki Master Teacher, Health Coach
Stacy began practicing yoga in 2003 while at college in Montclair State University, and began teaching yoga in 2013 while living in Colorado Springs, Colorado. She has completed over 700 hours of yoga training and is certified in Power Yoga, Hot 26, Yin Yoga and Aerial Yoga. She was recently accepted to begin her advanced studies in Yoga Therapy in 2020.
Stacy is also a Soul-Focused Executive Coach, Certified Holistic Health Coach and Reiki Master Teacher. She brings her intuition and holistic approach to her teaching.
Danielle MartucciRYT 200, Reiki Energy Healer; Specializing in Mandala Vinyasa, Yin Yoga
Danielle (a.k.a Tucci or Tucher); began practicing yoga in 2017 looking for an outlet to heal her own body. Danielle had experienced for the first time her own ability to create sacred space for herself. Soon after she became a dedicated practitioner, not only for her body but also for mental clarity that tied together her mind, body and spirit.
Danielle graduated from Yoga in the World, RYS while traveling to the beautiful Morocco in 2018. After teaching vinyasa yoga for a year, she desired more. In September 2019, Danielle traveled to Mexico for advanced training in Yin Yoga and Mandala Vinyasa Yoga with The Yoga People. While practicing with Danielle, you will receive a shift in introspection as she guides her clients through a journey through the chakra system and the four elements: Air, Earth, Fire and Water. Diving deeper into our soul embodiment, going beyond the physical plane.
Marina BednarRYT 500, Certified Pranic Healing Practitioner, Y12SR Certified
Marina began her inner journey with yoga in 2005. Shortly after, she completed her 500 RYT certification through Lotus Yoga in Montclair, New Jersey. Her classes are infused with Buddhist teachings, which she was drawn to while on a trip through India and Nepal. As part of her journey in healing arts, Marina became certified in Pranic Healing, which she brings into her teaching to help restore and rejuvenate clients.
Marina is certified in Y12SR, which weaves the ancient art and science of yoga with the practical tools of 12-step programs. Yoga continues to be a source of inspiration, enlightenment and highlights to Marina a positive way of life that she shares with her clients. Her offerings give students the chance to reconnect with their authentic voice through self study, connection to breath and vigorous vinyasa flow.
Moira RyanRYT 200, Registered Dietitian - Nutritionist, Professional Dancer
Moira is a 200 RYT Yoga Teacher and has been teaching yoga for nearly 8 years throughout Northern New Jersey. She discovered her passion for yoga through her training and career as a professional dancer which led her to pursue her yoga certification through Jeanmarie Paolillo at YogaWorks in New York City. Moira teaches alignment based flow classes; providing detailed anatomical cues for postures while cultivating connection between breath and movement through sequencing.
Moira believes yoga is for everyone and welcomes all to her classes. She holds a BA in dance from DeSales University, a BS in Nutrition and Food Science from Montclair State University, and is a Registered Dietitian-Nutritionist.
Megan FrenchRYT 200, Specialties in Power Yoga, Sculpt Yoga and Restorative Yoga
Megan specializes in Power Yoga, Sculpt Yoga and Restorative Yoga. She is a native New Jersey resident who graduated from Rutgers University in 2009 with a degree in Voice and Music Education at the Mason Gross School of Arts. Singing and leading a group has always been a passion of Megan’s, which became a perfect combination when she began teaching yoga to her clients.
Megan was an avid runner and discovered yoga while recovering from major knee surgery; realizing that she needed to pay closer attention to her body and alignment; while continuing to pursue her passion of fitness. Megan quickly became a dedicated yoga practitioner and attributes yoga as a key factor in having a healthy pregnancy and labor experience. This was the moment when she realized she needed to share this practice with others! Shortly thereafter, Megan began her teacher training at New Jersey Teacher Training Program with Stephanie Parcells at Indigo Yoga in Caldwell, New Jersey where she received her 200 RYT certification.
Yoga is a journey to self awareness that connects the mind, body and spirit; this is something that Megan loves to communicate to all of her students. She is passionate about sharing her experience and knowledge with all whom join her on the mat.
Loretta NapolitanoRYT 200, Specialties 26:2 Fusion and Pilates
Loretta has been teaching Pilates and Yoga for the past 15 years. Her style is fast-paced; fusing HOT 26 with Vinyasa Flow and Pilates while also incorporating balancing postures to create a strong core. Loretta’s classes are a total body experience which culminate with a beautiful savasana!
Loretta received her certification at Yogafit and studies with Rodney Yee (original Power Yoga Creator) and Brian Kest. Loretta has spent much of her career training athletes. She attributes yoga for her success in maintaining a healthy, strong and aging body! The spiritual aspects of yoga have also enabled her to share her passion with her husband; bringing happiness into both of their lives. Loretta believes that everything is better because of yoga and the feeling of bliss after one of her classes is something you won’t want to miss.
Anita Shukla-AccardiRYT 500, MSW, Angelic Reiki Master Healer, Crystal Healer
Anita’s offerings are a synthesis of a variety of healing modalities that she has been working on over the past two decades. She has been a professional in the field of mental health and human services since the late 1990’s, and was introduced to yoga, meditation and eastern philosophy as a child with her mother’s guidance.
Anita has an MSW from Rutgers, is a certified yoga teacher (RYT 500) and has completed additional training hours in Yin Yoga, Trauma Informed Yoga, Yoga for Addictions, Yoga for Cancer and Aerial Yoga. She facilitates the tantric practice of Yoga Nidra traditionally, while integrating contemporary knowledge from neuroscience, NLP and hypnotic techniques to effectively induce deep relaxation and the restructuring of deep habitual patterns.
She is a longtime Usui Reiki practitioner and has co-developed an apprenticeship program for dedicated Reiki practitioners. Her primary healing modality is Angelic Reiki, a multidimensional healing system where she acts as the channel for angelic beings, ascended masters and galactic healers. Often her sessions reveal messages from high level beings, spirit guides or lost loved ones. She holds a Masters in Crystology from The Association of Melody Crystal Healers International and integrates crystal healing in her teaching and private sessions. She hopes to empower those she serves by co-creating sessions that meet their most immediate entry to connection in the moment.
