Thai Yoga Bodywork
-Thai Bodywork is a dynamic combination of myofascial stretching, joint mobilization, acupressure, energy balancing, rhythmic deep tissue compression, soft tissue manipulation and assisted yoga postures. It is a full body treatment that helps muscles, joints, bones, tendons function with greater harmony as well as one of the most calming and comforting feelings of bliss.
The Thai tradition employs a “multi-pronged” approach in which the practitioner uses thumbs, fingers, palms, forearms, elbows, knees and feet. Thai Massage uses a rocking motion to open muscles and tendons and tone internal organs to enhance the recipients vitality.
